Supported Operating Systems
Since Album Shaper, Reveal, and Presenter are based on the Qt toolkit,
each can run on any operating system supported by Qt.
Currently the following operating systems are supported:
There is also experimental support for Windows 95/98/ME. Other operating systems that are supported by Qt should work as well. If your operating system is not already supported and you'd like to help remedy that, contact the lead developer, Will Stokes If you want to compile Album Shaper or Reveal from source, you'll need to
install the Qt, libjpeg, libxslt, libxml2, and Exiv2 libraries.

Used Software
The following software packages/libraries/resources were
fundamental in making Album Shaper possible:
- The Qt
toolkit and all available sourcecode, tutorials and examples
- RSA
Data Security, Inc. MD5 Message-Digest Algorithm, used to
determine when images must be reloaded and scaled
- libxslt is used to update older Album Shaper xml
files, as well as to provide theme support. All html and resources are generated using xslt
themes! Write one today and extend the capabilities of Album Shaper!
- The Independent JPEG Group,
example code for determining JPEG image sizes, resizing images, and lossless rotation and flipping transformations.
- Andreas Huggel's Exiv2 library is used for Exif metadata read/write support.
- Mosfet's Pixie source code was very helpful when learning Qt programming.
- The Xine web site helped get me up to speed with CSS when creating this web site.
